Hudson Christmas Tour of Homes 2026

Now in its 40th year, the Hudson Christmas Tour of Homes continues to feature lavishly decorated themed trees, dining tables overflowing with exceptional and unique treasures, gorgeous wreaths, embellished windows, and decorations that will awaken holiday memories. You will be delighted and amazed visiting this year's four homes, and the historic Octagon House.

EVENING DAZZLE TOUR 
Friday ONLY, November 20th, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Tour four homes and the Octagon House Museum in the evening hours and experience the season aglow on this self-guided tour. Your ticket includes a map and is additionally valid for tours of the first floor of the Octagon House on Saturday and Sunday during the hours of the Traditional Tour. 
Transportation is NOT included.

TRADITIONAL TOUR
Saturday, November 21st, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
Sunday, November 22nd, Noon - 4:00 p.m. 
This year, the Traditional Tour includes four private residencies along with the first floor of the Octagon House.
Spend the weekend in Hudson to tour, dine, and shop!
Your ticket can be split between both days to visit the tour locations. One admission to each home per ticket. 
Free shuttle transportation is included, but not required. 
For convenient parking and shuttle service, start your tour at the kudos parking lot on 809 Dominion Dr. Parking is free. (For returning tour attendees, please note that the shuttle will not stop at Plaza 94.)

*Tickets purchased by November 13 will be entered into the Door Prize drawings at local stores and the Grand Prize drawing in each home.

• Shoe bags will be provided for shoe removal at your first stop.  Please wear socks and easy slip-on shoes.
• Cameras may be used outside of homes only.
• Weather: Please dress appropriately for potential outdoor wait times.  We will tour regardless of inclement weather conditions.
• Parking Signage is strictly enforced. Vehicles parked in a no parking zone will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Please No Food, Drinks, Pets, Large bags or Backpacks in the Homes.

TOUR LOCATIONS

HOME #1
Built in 1940, this is one of only a few Tudor Revival homes in Hudson.  Guests will find whimsical animal décor, fun wallpapers, and a spacious carriage house over the garage for entertaining.  Seasonal highlights include a nutcracker-themed bedroom, a bird-themed master bedroom, and a woodland-themed carriage house as well as a tree adorned exclusively with vintage glass ornaments in the living room and a dining room tree filled with treats.
HOME #2
A classic 1919 American foursquare, this home underwent significant renovations following its 2019 purchase, including a new kitchen, garage, and gardens. The interior blends modern and antique furnishings. The Christmas décor has been collected over the years, many are treasured childhood items.  Its traditional holiday style highlights vintage pieces, lush greenery, and elegant ribbons.

HOME #3
Built in 2025, this home offers a warm, modern farmhouse aesthetic featuring one-level living and a bonus room above the garage. It boasts vaulted ceilings that invite abundant natural light into a spacious open floor plan.  Guests will be transported to a magical North Pole wonderland where the spirit of Santa’s village is captured in every detail. This immersive environment balances classic holiday traditions with a touch of unexpected whimsy.
 
HOME #4
Built in 2017, this home features a blend of architectural styles, ranging from a farmhouse-style front porch to French Provincial arched doorways and a French country fireplace. The property also includes a charming cottage nestled within the garden.  The home features a French Country aesthetic with floral and garden motifs complemented by a vintage twist.  The loft honors the family’s military history.  An eclectic holiday display features a vibrant color palette, vintage pieces, and cherished family heirlooms.
 
OCTAGON HOUSE MUSEUM
The first home built in the historic Third Street neighborhood in 1855 features Italianate details.  Its immersive vintage décor conjures up a whimsical winter wonderland presenting the histories and myths of Christmas traditions.  The origins of Santa Claus, the elves, mistletoe, and holly will be revealed, as well as the “Yes, Viginia, there is a Santa Claus” editorial story.
