The Black Rooster Bistro is in search of the next culinarian to join our team. We are a fast paced growing restaurant that is all about good quality food utilizing as many local ingredients as possible. We are an upscale bistro specializing in American cuisine with a French flair in downtown Hudson WI.We are looking for a reliable, dedicated candidate that is passionate about food who is looking to learn and further their career in the hospitality industry. You will be working closely with the chef and kitchen leads to help further the guest experience people have come to expect when they dine with us.

Part time or full time hours available. Friday and Saturday nights required. More responsibility and compensation are vailable for those with the skills, drive, and determination to succeed. $18-22/hour based on experience
BARBACK
Do you enjoy a fast paced environment with short shifts? We are looking for a fun and outgoing individual to work behind the bar assisting our bartenders. Barbacks keep the bar stocked with all necessary items and wash dishes, polish glassware, and keep a tidy work space. Black Rooster Bistro is in need of a flexible individual to add to our host staff. Our hosts also train as server assistants.Host greet guests, answer phones, chart reservations, and control the flow of the restaurant. Server Assistants run food, bus tables, fill waters, and even complete small prep tasks like juicing and making syrups.
