Pine Valley Counseling

Pine Valley Counseling is an outpatient mental health clinic providing compassionate, holistic, and person-centered therapy. Sometimes, when people reach out for therapy, they are unsure of what to expect. We understand that taking the first step can feel intimidating, which is why we focus on meeting each client where they are and creating a supportive, comfortable environment that is tailored to their individual needs.

We offer in-person appointments in Hudson, Wisconsin, as well as virtual appointments throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our clinician specializes in trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use, and anxiety, providing a safe and supportive space to navigate challenges, work toward healing, and build meaningful change.

Pine Valley Counseling is currently accepting HealthPartners, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Medica, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans.
